Redemption Guide for Transformers – Energon Core Premium Cards

Dear Players, 
If you have drawn the redemption voucher for "Transformers – Energon Core Premium Cards (Southeast Asia Version, including Speed Edition Series 1)", you can redeem your prize by following this guide and easily claim your exclusive benefits! 

I. Thailand Region: Online Redemption Process

If you are in Thailand and unable to visit offline stores, you can redeem via mail by following these steps: 

1. Prepare the Following Materials (Original Copies Required!)

  • Redemption Voucher for "Transformers Energon Core Premium Cards"(complete, undamaged, unaltered, and not marked as"Redeemed"); 
  • Store receipt from the card purchase (must clearlyshow the purchase date and store name, and be issued by an officially authorized store); 
  • Your delivery information: Name (matching the name on the receipt), detailed local address in Thailand (including postal code), contact phone number (Thai mobile number), and optional backup contact (e.g., Line ID, for timely communication). 

2. Mail Materials to the Designated Address

Package all the above materials and mail them to: 

Recipient Address: 122/3 Bangkok Greta Road, Thachang Lane, Saphan Sung District, Bangkok, Thailand (Postal Code: 10250) 

Note: Please mark "Transformer Card Redemption" on the package to avoid misplacement. 

3. Wait for Verification and Delivery

  • After your materials are sent, our staff will complete verification within 3 working days. The verification result will be notified to you via phone or Line; 
  • Once verified, the prize will be delivered to your provided address within 5-7 working days. The original redemption voucher (marked as "Redeemed") will also be returned with the prize; 
  • If materials are incomplete, we will contact you to supplement them. Please reply within 3 working days, as overdue responses may affect your redemption eligibility.

III. Tips for Offline Redemption

1. Before redemption, we recommend searching for the store name via map applications to confirm its real-time location, business hours (some stores may adjust their hours), and stock availability;
2. When visiting the store, please bring: the original redemption voucher, the original purchase receipt (matching the redemption voucher). Some stores may require ID card/passport verification (we recommend bringing it with you);
3. After your materials are verified, you will receive the prize on-site! Please check the appearance and integrity of the prize first before leaving;
4. Only original redemption vouchers and receipts are accepted. Copies, photos, or electronic versions are not valid. Damaged or altered redemption vouchers cannot be used;
5. One receipt can only be used for one redemption (no repeated use), and the product listed on the receipt must match the card series of the redemption voucher.
